Diving into the realm of cigarette warning labels, our study unveils surprising revelations about bilingual labels. Contrary to expectations, bilingual warnings do not enhance recall; instead, they introduce clutter, complicating the extraction of crucial information.

This study challenges assumptions, emphasizing the need for a nuanced approach to bilingual warning labels in the context of reducing smoking prevalence among young populations in Lebanon who are bilingual.
